COMMON ADMISSION TEST (CAT) 2023
The Common Admission Test (CAT) 2023 is a highly competitive entrance examination conducted in India for admission to prestigious management programs, including Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) courses. CAT is administered by the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) on a rotational basis. CAT 2023 will be conducted by IIM Lucknow. The Exam for CAT 2023 will be conducted tentatively in November 2023, in 3 slots. The official notification for CAT 2023 will be released on the official website of conducting body around July 2023 which will be having details about CAT exam dates and registration dates.

The Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) are well-known for their flagship program, the Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP). After the IIM Bill was passed in 2018, the PGP program offered by IIMs was renamed as the MBA degree program. Alongside the PGP/MBA courses, the IIMs provide a range of other programs such as Executive MBA, One-Year Diploma, PhD, and Certificate courses. CAT Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) 2023
The Common Admission Test is a computer based test for admission in graduate management programs. The test consists of three sections: Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Ability.
The IIMs (Indian Institute of Management) conduct this Common Admission Test on a rotational basis. CAT 2023 will be conducted by IIM Lucknow.
The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree of at least 3 years. However, the previous bachelor’s degree of 2 years will also be accepted if the university is recognized by UGC. Candidates in their final year of graduation or awaiting results are also eligible for the exam.
