NRA is expected to conduct CET from September 2021 onwards. The Agency will hire language experts to translate the question paper in all Regional languages included in the 8th schedule of the constitution as per the number of candidates opting to take test in regional language.
- The score is valid for three years.

About CET Exam:
Government of India proposed Common Eligibility Test (CET) for group B and group C posts currently. Now neither aspirants need to take multiple exams nor to pay multiple application fees for various public sector jobs. CET will also reduce the time taken in the selection process.
- The score of this CET test will be valid for 3 years from the date of declaration.
- Each candidate will have two additional chances to improve his score.
- Final selection made by specialized exams to be conducted by the respective agencies.
- State and Union Territories may also CET score for state level-exams.
CET 2021: Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for the CET (Common Eligibility Test) exam is depend on which kind of group you are applying for. It is same like earlier if you are applying for Bank jobs you must have completed your graduation.
Educational Qualification:
Computer Literacy: Knowledge of computer operation is a must as the CET exam is conducted online.
Language Proficiency: Candidates should have verbal and written proficiency in the official language of the State/UT. The candidate should be able to read, write and speak the language.

Nationality / Citizenship of Applicants:
Candidates applying for CET Examination should be one of the following:
- Citizen of India
- The subject of Nepal or Bhutan
- Tibetan Refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement
- Person of Indian Origin (PIO) who has migrated from Burma, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Vietnam or East African countries of Zaire, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Ethiopia, Malawi, with the intention of permanent settlement in India
Candidates belonging to the category 2, 3, 4 must have a certificate of eligibility issued by the Govt of India in their favor.

CET Exam Pattern 2021:
CET introduced separate sectional timing for each section in the preliminary exam. The CET exam (CWE 9) for hiring candidates will be based on an online written exam in two parts: Tier 1 or CET Preliminary Exam and Tier 2 or CET Mains Exam. This examination is followed by a face-to-face interview process.

CET exam syllabus is similar to other bank, SSC and RRBs exams except that CET issues only the broad subjects, they can be further bifurcated into individual topics, based on the questions that have appeared in the exams over the past few years. CET 2021 FAQ:
Would NRA cover UPSC Exams?
No UPSC conducts the recruitment examination for Group A and Group B posts. These examinations do not come under the scope of NRA
National Recruitment Agency, NRA will be an autonomous society under Societies Act. It will have representatives from SSC, RRB, IBPS.
COMMON ELIGIBILITY TEST (CET) GIVES MORE CHOICE TO JOB SEEKERS:
- Standard Curriculum & degree of difficulty; to be conducted in multiple Indian languages
- Based on CET score, final selection to be made through separate specialized Tier 2/Tier 3 examinations conducted by respective recruitment agency
- CET score of a candidate will be valid for 3 years, best available score during 3 years will be the current score
- No restriction on number of attempts by the candidate, subject to upper age limit prescribed
- Relaxation in upper age limit to be given to candidates of SC/ST/OBC/PW etc.
