Refund Policy

At Scholars SSC Academy, we are committed to providing quality educational services and maintaining transparency in our admission and fee policies. Students and parents are advised to carefully read this Refund Policy before enrolling in any course, program, test series, or educational service offered by the academy.

Registration and Admission Fee

The registration fee, admission fee, counseling fee, scholarship test fee, and seat booking amount are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

Once a seat is reserved or admission is confirmed, the registration amount shall not be refunded, adjusted, or transferred to any other student.

Tuition Fee Refund Policy

Students seeking withdrawal from a course must submit a formal refund request within the prescribed timeline.

Offline Classroom Programs

  • Refund requests submitted within 7 days from the date of batch commencement may be eligible for a refund of up to 70% of the tuition fee.
  • Administrative charges, registration fees, study material costs, and applicable taxes shall be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • No refund requests shall be entertained after 7 days from the date of batch commencement.
  • Students who have attended classes beyond the permitted refund period shall not be eligible for any refund.

Fast-Track, Crash Courses and Special Batches

Fees paid for crash courses, special batches, revision batches, interview preparation programs, and short-term courses are non-refundable once the batch has commenced.

Online Courses and Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • Online courses, recorded lectures, e-books, digital study materials, mock tests, test series, PDFs, and other downloadable resources are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Refunds shall not be provided due to non-usage, change of mind, technical limitations of the user’s device, or inability to complete the course.

Study Material Charges

Any printed books, notes, handouts, practice sets, or other study materials issued to the student shall be treated as consumed educational resources.

The cost of such materials shall not be refunded under any circumstances.

Transfer of Admission

Admission to a course is generally non-transferable.

Any request for transfer to another batch or course shall be considered solely at the discretion of the academy management and may attract administrative charges.

Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, the student must:

  1. Submit a written application at the concerned Scholars SSC Academy center, or
  2. Send a formal refund request through the official academy email address.

The request must include:

  • Student Name
  • Enrollment Number
  • Course Name
  • Contact Number
  • Reason for Withdrawal
  • Proof of Payment

Incomplete applications may not be processed.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds shall normally be processed within 15 to 30 working days from the date of approval.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method wherever possible.

Academy Rights

Scholars SSC Academy reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with this policy.

The management’s decision regarding fee refunds shall be final and binding.
